Scope:
- For standard rental agreements: Translation of the relevant rental agreement details
- Support in renegotiating with the landlord in case of language barriers
- Summary of relevant rental agreement information
- If necessary, review by an independent lawyer (for a fee)
Coordinate deposit payment
Scope:
- Negotiation of the amount of the deposit and the type of provision
- Organisation of the necessary measures regarding payments or guarantees
- If necessary, PROGEDO will advance the deposit (charged separately)
Joint house / apartment handover
Scope:
- Accompaniment and documentation of the apartment handover (photo documentation of possible defects)
